What the software does
It helps you organise dates, documents, photographs, tasks, contractor details, costs and the requirements you choose to enter.
What it does not do
It does not assess the condition of your thatch, confirm a chimney or stove is safe, interpret your insurance contract, decide whether listed-building consent is required, certify electrical work or guarantee an insurer will accept any evidence or claim.

Follow the current wording of your own insurance policy and the advice of your insurer or broker, fire and rescue service, competent thatcher, chimney professional, electrician, stove engineer, surveyor, conservation officer or other relevant professional.
